Jaque-Michelson offers an integrated Inspection Envelope, which ensures an audit trail for your high value equipments, from manufacture up to delivery on site or storage. Part of our services, include preparation of inspection report to accompany, preparation of equipment test certificate prior to equipment dispatch.

Vendor inspection/Audits Pre- PO Award

We are able to carry out an independent assessment to determine vendor/sub-vendor suitability prior to Purchase Order award. Assessment criteria can be made out, usually on the basis of client equipment specification.

Borescope inspection

We have the capability to undertake borescope inspections of crevices, and areas that are difficult to access in process plants and on various operational sites. Our trained engineers have the capability to risk assess these projects, plan to deliver and offer a conclusive report summarising observations and interpretations. 

New Equipment Inspection & FAT

We offer detailed equipment inspection during manufacture, FAT and shipping, ensuring that at every stage a compliance report is produced with a test and inspection report. This ensures that there is a total conformance to client’s standards, codes, specifications and specific scope of work requirements as stated within the PO.

Expediting

Our experienced Supply Chain Management team work well with vendor/sub-vendors to identify and remove all bottlenecks at all levels to mitigate delays and to deliver to client on schedule, while also ensuring that standards and specifications set out in the scope of work are complied with.
